We bought our iMac Snow Leopard from Jack at Signa Computer Solutions at Yonge boulevard in Toronto... (Though Signa is a PC store, Jack sold us his own iMac that he had used for only a year & a half...)

Rick answers the phone for around the clock, a Mac repair help service... Twice in several months we called & got free help... Also, this is how we got our new IMac, since around the clock's phone line links directly to Signa Computer Solutions... A great pairing... (Note: around the clock is not a free repair service- we're just saying that we got info without having to pay upfront... a rare thing...)

If you walk or run far, this map thing is a neat way to find out how far you have gone, or to plan a walk for a certain distance...

National Mailbox offers great personal & private shipping & packing services as well as a bunch of other things, plus Diesel is the cutest dog & Don the owner is a doll & so is his smart as a whip sister April... I trust them & respect them & can tell you these are some of the most honest people you will meet, as the day is long... It's about who you know, & these are good people to know...

We are working now with Larger than Life Prints because LTL Prints does a very particular kind of thing using eco-friendly materials & creates our paintings on a removable stick fabric that is just cool... The price is really excellent & this is a way for collectors to sample a painting before buying the original... Sari likes the peel & stick format in her kitchen, where she sticks a painting in the middle of two cupboards, then slices down the middle of the painting (aghast!), so you can open the cupboards... Her idea!

The Trumpeter swans will eat this from your hands, from the water, or in a pile on land... This wild bird seed has bigger pieces in it... If you want to check nutritional content yourself, cook some in boiling water & taste it- this stuff is wonderful & gives tons & tons of energy... We've been paying 12.99 Canadian for 18 Kg. ! That is a very good price... (Parking is free too!)

Since Sari & Joseph have been feeding the waterbirds at Bluffer's Park, it only seemed natural to join the Scarborough Arts Council...Also, Sari met Ann Brokelman one day at Bluffer's, & Ann mentioned her involvement with the gorgeous mosaic that graces the stone structure near to the lake... When Sari saw Ann's name affiliated with SAC, she decided to join & make this her & Joseph's new place to support... Also, Ann volunteers for The Toronto Wildlife Centre, which made the whole thing a snap decision... I hope the SAC will prove to be a neat place to show- maybe the artificial Trumpeter Swan nests & the Trumpeter Swan sculpture will find a home there...(In the Bluff's, as Sari imagined it)...(Maybe Sari can teach the children how to help make nests too!)...

Michael is a new friend & an old friend...My mum & I used to buy seafood from him... Michael's Mussels... Now he is a wine writer... Vintages is the fancy section of Ontario's Liquor Control Board... Michael tastes all the releases & reviews them... He also was just at Art Basel Miami & shared some of Sari's mum's french fries with Sari at The Royal York Hotel bar before Sari & Joseph went to pour Landmark wines from California for Lorac Wine inc. (Carol backwards is Lorac- Sari's mum's wine & spirits agency in Canada)...

Feeding wild birds in winter is essential, but feeding wild birds in spring & summer months can also ensure that newborns get food...

A half pound is twice as much as you will use...The cure for cancer...steep in hot water, drink, don't worry if you swallow some leaves...stop taking every two weeks to allow yourself to make sure you didn't take too much...Not a preventative...One teaspoon per cup...Use your own discretion on quantity... it still works after you stop taking it so be careful not to overdose... costs 25 dollars plus delivery... use less than half that...more like a quarter per person... strong...

Hi, this is a bunch of uploaded documents, mostly having to do with all of this eviction of renters to develop high rise condo buildings with foreign monies, which sort of destroys communities & creates absentee ownership whose only interest is monetary...We got 15 thousand dollars from the developer to the low income renter for our troubles- after Joseph spoke at City Council about the fact that they amend all the density bylaws for developers but aren't amending much for the renters, & my part was research & well, putting online some of what I learned...

(If you want to get involved with waterbirds, but feel you don't know enough, join the Waterbird society, then get your access to the journals...& then read whenever you can...Nothing like this in books anywhere...
